Try 2 Follow this steps:---
1. Open your Google Home page.
2. When your are at google page you may see "Settings".
3. Clicking on settings then click on "Google Account Setting".
4. Now you will appear a page in that search link Google Dashboard "View data stored with this account".
5. Click on That Link and u will appear a login page just add your Password.
After that Dash board will appear all detailed list of google service and associated data that you have stored with it
Each items like Gmail ,Blogger ,Google Calendar ,etc.....
Request a new IP address from your ISP server.
Here's how to do it in windows:
1. Click Start
2. Click run
3. In the run box type cmd.exe and click OK
4. When the command prompt opens type the following. ENTER after each new line.
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit
5. Erase your cookies in whatever browser you are using.
6. Try the rapidshare download again.
Frequently you will be assigned a new IP address when this happens. Sometime you will, sometimes you will not. If you are on a fixed IP address, this method will not work. To be honest, I do not know how to do this in linux/unix/etc. If this works for you, you may want to save the above commands into a batch file, and just run it when you need it.

Login with another user account
If you share your computer with other users it's fairly simple to regain access to your account. You could ask one of the other users to log on to Windows with their password and perform the following steps :
Click the Start button
Click "Run"
In the "Open" field, type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes)
Click ok
Windows opens a user accounts dialog. Select the user with the lost password and click the "Reset Password" button. Enter a new password (and a second time in the confirmation box) and click ok. Click ok once again and you are ready.
Now you can log on to your account using the new password.
